Product Introduction

Pre-stained Protein Marker II is a mixture of eight high-purity and pre-stained recombinant proteins, which is convenient for monitoring of electrophoresis and transfer efficiency. It is suitable as a protein molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE and Western Blot.

The bands display in Tris-Glycine gel range from 10-200 kDa (~18, ~23, ~30, ~42, ~55, ~75, ~110, ~140), of which 75 kDa is an orange-red band, 10 kDa is a rose-red band, and the others are blue bands.

The following is an example Western Blot image with this Marker.
