This 2 x concentration premix is used for SYBR Green I fluorescence fitting method for real-time quantitative PCR. The optimization product contains HotStart concentration GeneScan Taq DNA Polymerase, SYBR Green I, dNTPs, Mg2+, reaction buffer, and stabilizer component. This product is mainly used to detect cDNA target sequence after reverse transcription of genomic DNA target sequence and RNA. Before heating, anti-Taq monoclonal antibody binds to Taq enzyme and inhibits Taq enzyme activity thereby suppressing the occurrence of non-specific hybridization of template DNA and primers and the primer-dimer induced non-specific amplification at low temperatures. Anti-Taq monoclonal antibodies are completely inactivated in the denaturation step of a PCR's first cycle and Taq Polymerase activity is not hindered therefore greatly improving the sensitivity and specificity of the PCR reaction. The optimized concentration of SYBR Green fluorescent dye enables fluorescence enhancement specifically after the SYBR Green fluorescent dye is incorporated in double-stranded DNA. Fluorescence can be measured during the annealing or extension phase.
This 2 x GeneScan Green Fast Mixture is a 2 x premix for fluorescence quantitative PCR reaction systems. The end user just needs to include template, primers, and water to make a 1 x concentration for the reaction to be carried out. This product is simple to use, has good stability, high sensitivity and specificity, and saves the end user time by minimizing human error, and reducing the chance of contamination.
